Your Data Stays on Your Phone

Msaidizi is designed with privacy by architecture:

• On-device processing: All AI runs on your phone. Your voice, transactions, and business data never leave your device unless you explicitly opt in.
• No raw data uploaded: We never upload voice recordings, full transcripts, or individual transactions.
• Anonymized aggregates only: If you opt in, only anonymized, aggregated data is shared — with differential privacy (ε=0.1) and k-anonymity (k≥10).
• Encrypted storage: Your database is encrypted with SQLCipher (256-bit AES). Post-quantum cryptography protects your data against future threats.
• You control your data: Delete the app, delete all your data. No cloud backup unless you choose WhatsApp reports.

What We Collect (If You Opt In)

• Business type and region (for cohort formation)
• Anonymized transaction summaries (not individual items)
• Model improvement signals (what the AI got wrong)
• New vocabulary (product names, dialect terms)

What We Never Collect

• Voice recordings
• Full conversation transcripts
• Individual transaction details
• Personal identification (name, phone, location)
• Biometric data
• PIN or password
